How the Black Nights Film Festival runs a film festival smoothly with Zelos

Black Nights Film Festival (POFF), a fast-growing two-week festival in Estonia, struggled to manage an expanding roster of volunteers, last-minute schedule changes and multiple venue locations while maintaining audience engagement. To address these challenges they turned to Zelos Team Management and its Zelos app to coordinate volunteer availability, task assignments and communications across events.
