A Zello Case Study
TNT Express, an express freight company, was forced to switch from analog two-way radios due to new Australian legislation. They needed a new push-to-talk solution that was compatible with their existing rugged devices and could address missed deliveries and logistical issues. They also required a feature to allow drivers to temporarily disable communications for privacy when with customers.
Zello implemented a customized "Do not disturb" feature to give drivers radio silence as needed. TNT obtained 2,500 licenses for ZelloWork and installed the solution on their existing Motorola devices. The product was found to be intuitive and functional, providing a straightforward communication channel that was a great fit for the company's needs.
