PrimeFlight, an aviation facilities and services company serving airports and air carriers, needed a faster and easier way for employees to communicate requests across busy terminals and concourses. Traditional two-way radios and Nextel phones were too slow for handling time-sensitive passenger service requests, such as coordinating wheelchair assistance.

PrimeFlight implemented Zello’s push-to-talk communication platform to instantly connect teams across multiple airports and terminals. With Zello, dispatchers could reach four terminals at once, streamline special service request coordination, and quickly mobilize staff when wheelchair counts were inaccurate. The results included faster communications and the elimination of 300 expensive voice plans.
