Zellis implemented ResourceLink with payroll, HR analytics and reporting, and employee self-service features, giving STV a more sophisticated and efficient way to manage pay and employee data. The results included easier reporting for regulatory needs, better support for compliance changes such as auto-enrollment and GDPR, and greater efficiency for the HR team. The self-service portal also simplified rejoining for returning staff and helped employees keep their details up to date.
