The University of Lincoln partnered with Zellis to modernise its outdated HR and payroll environment. With multiple legacy systems, heavy paperwork, and no self-service options, the university needed a more flexible, integrated solution that could improve employee experience, support compliance with changing legislation, and provide better reporting for managers.

Zellis implemented ResourceLink, including the MyView self-service portal, to connect HR, payroll, absence, training, and other data in one system. The result was faster payroll processing, elimination of duplicate data entry, less printing and distribution of payslips, and better strategic insight for managers. The university also projected savings of half a million pounds over five years and said the project was delivered on time and without hitches.
