Zelis implemented a broad set of solutions for VHBA, including Hospital Bill Review, Claims Editing, Network Management, ClaimPass, Bundle Solve, and DOCS, while also helping the company navigate compliance changes such as the No Surprises Act. The results have included more than $21 million in annual savings, over $100,000 in annual savings from retiring the paper-based system, and a more streamlined, flexible operation that better serves VHBA’s clients and members.
