With Zelis, ACS adopted more than 10 solutions including Claims Editing, DOCS® for member communications and ID cards, Payments, and No Surprises Act support. The partnership helped ACS achieve a 99.6% claims processing accuracy rate, utilize nearly 90% of recommended edits, convert more than 300,000 paper payments to electronic formats, and generate more than $13 million in gross savings for clients since 2018, while also improving flexibility, speed, and regulatory readiness.
