This made locating specific contracts slow and risky, especially when key personnel were unavailable. Huntteri used Zefort’s contract management solution to modernize the process.
With Zefort, Huntteri now sends new contracts directly from the scanner into its Zefort account, while existing contracts are being added gradually. Zefort’s automated contract registration and Google-like search across contract and appendix text made it much easier for the team to find documents and specific phrases, reducing manual effort and eliminating the risk of misplaced contracts.
