Because the contracts lacked metadata, it was difficult to quickly identify key responsibilities, obligations, and options across the agreement base. To solve this, 3 Step IT turned to Zefort’s artificial intelligence for contract analysis.

Zefort’s AI scanned more than 3,000 client contracts in Finnish and Swedish and extracted selected attributes such as contract parties, service listings, and SLA information. In some cases, Zefort identified the relevant passages for final human interpretation, helping 3 Step IT update metadata without overburdening its experts. The project was reported as smooth and successful, meeting the company’s goals and saving time for more valuable tasks.
