Memento Blockchain launches the world’s first ZKsync Prividium chain with Zeeve

Memento Blockchain, a company focused on institutional DeFi and digital asset management, faced the challenge of building a blockchain infrastructure that offered both Ethereum-level security and institutional-grade privacy, compliance, and governance. No existing solution provided this precise mix of guarantees, so they partnered with vendor Zeeve and used its Rollups-as-a-Service product with the ZKsync ZK Stack to build a custom chain.

Zeeve implemented a fully customized ZKsync Prividium chain for Memento, which included a private explorer, access control lists, and a proprietary smart contract to filter L1 to L2 messaging. This solution provided the necessary selective visibility and permissioned architecture. The resulting Memento ZK Chain is now a core component in Deutsche Bank’s Project DAMA 2 under Singapore’s MAS, setting a new benchmark for institutional on-chain infrastructure and helping to power the growing on-chain real-world asset market.
