Wincanton partnered with Zeelo to support its work with HMRC and Border Force checking inbound shipments into the UK. The logistics company needed a commuter transport solution to help recruit and retain shift workers, reduce parking pressure, and keep operations running safely and smoothly across multiple sites.

Zeelo mobilised a fully managed home-to-work shuttle service across six UK sites, launching 12 routes with 24 vehicles in the first week and supporting employees through a mobile app and 24/7 customer service. The result was 300 employee journeys per day, 97% of services on time, and a 9/10 service rating from employees, while also helping Wincanton reduce congestion and administrative burden.
