Jaguar Land Rover, the British multinational automotive company, needed a way to reduce congestion and parking pressure at its Gaydon site in the Midlands. With over 5,000 employees and growing demand for parking, the company turned to Zeelo’s home-to-work commuter service to help ease the strain on employees and the local area.

Zeelo designed a personalized shuttle route with 8 pick-up locations and 10 service times, plus WiFi and app/web booking to improve the rider experience and security compliance. The service removed hundreds of cars from JLR’s car park, captured 58% of employees within a 10-minute walk of stops, reached 1,300+ unique riders, and drove a 25% increase in daily ridership within 3 months, with 420 regular riders and 44% reconsidering car ownership after using Zeelo.
