Zebra Solutions Support Move to Automation for Fast-Growing NorthShore Care Supply

NorthShore Care Supply, an online specialty supplier of adult incontinence products founded by Adam Greenberg, was outgrowing its paper-based, manual fulfillment processes as order volumes topped 1,500 per day and the company moved into a larger facility. Similar-looking SKUs, staff turnover (experienced pickers moving into new roles), and a COVID-driven sales surge exposed frequent mis-picks, missed shipping windows, and a need for faster, scalable operations to protect customer experience.

Working with Zebra Technologies and Numina Group, NorthShore deployed RDS Voice with Zebra TC52 and WT6000 wearable computers, ring scanners, headsets, and autonomous mobile robots to automate batch picking and synchronize people and robots. The result: up to 4x efficiency gains, training times cut from days to minutes/hours, higher order accuracy and faster deliveries, improved scalability and deployment speed, and cost savings from lower FTE needs and targeted technology use.
