The company partnered with Novatron to implement a robust digital ticketing and central device‑management solution to improve point‑of‑sale efficiency and enable ongoing remote monitoring and management.
Novatron and Zebra deployed ~250 Zebra TC5x mobile computers paired with ZQ320 mobile printers and Zebra VisibilityIQ Foresight for centralized device visibility. The rollout delivered faster ticket issue and validation, streamlined operations, clearer audit trails, increased revenue capture, and proactive, data‑driven device analytics and management—backed by ongoing support and plans to expand the solution.
