TrainOSE deploys nearly 250 Zebra devices to speed ticketing and boost revenue

The Greek train operator TrainOSE faced the challenge of implementing a robust digital ticketing system to replace inefficient pen-and-paper methods and prevent potential revenue loss. They partnered with Zebra and Novatron to find a solution using mobile computers and printers.

Zebra provided its TC5x Series mobile computers and ZQ320 mobile printers, combined with its VisibilityIQ Foresight software. The solution resulted in improved operational efficiencies, faster ticket issue and validation, enhanced revenue, and full device visibility across the fleet for TrainOSE.
