MNG Kargo, a leading Turkish courier, faced a sudden surge in e‑commerce demand that doubled its shipping volumes and exposed limitations in its field technology. Aging smartphones caused frequent breakages, poor barcode-scanning performance, limited battery life and rising repair costs, putting pressure on throughput and customer service as the company expanded into the consumer market.

MNG Kargo partnered with Luna Group and selected Zebra TC57 rugged mobile computers, Zebra printers (GK420d, ZT230), LifeGuard for Android and a Zebra OneCare service agreement, integrating these devices with its in‑house NEXT app and deploying 4,000 SIM‑equipped units. The rollout delivered faster, more accurate scanning, longer battery life, 100% monitorable printing, contactless payments and real‑time tracking, significantly increasing handling capacity, reducing maintenance costs and giving the company a scalable, predictable platform for future growth.
