KW-Kitchenware, a Chilean importer of home-improvement products, faced major warehouse and distribution challenges when the COVID-19 pandemic pushed it into e-commerce. Zebra implemented DS8100 series scanners and MC9300, TC5X, and MC3300 mobile computers to streamline warehouse workflows. The results included 99.3% inventory accuracy, 99% of orders fulfilled on time, and more than a 50% reduction in picking time, improving reliability and customer trust.
