A Zebra Case Study
Junior Achievement of South Florida, which serves roughly 80,000 students annually with hands-on programs like JA BizTown and JA Finance Park, needed a way to modernize its one‑day simulations. The organization faced heavy daily printing, time‑consuming prep and a need for a rugged, Wi‑Fi capable tablet that could withstand daily classroom use and long sessions without frequent charging.
With guidance from partner Centuric, JA switched to Zebra ET40 tablets running their simulation software in kiosk mode. The tablets enabled videos, checklists and more interactive tasks, eliminated daily printing, reduced setup and prep time, and delivered strong Wi‑Fi, long battery life and drop durability—earning positive feedback from teachers and helping with long‑term capital planning.
