IFD Cápita Enhances Manufacturing and e-Commerce Ops

IFD Cápita, a furniture company in Chipilo Puebla, Mexico, needed to scale its inventory management and manufacturing processes to support rapid growth. The company was facing time-consuming, labor-intensive workflows that made it harder to keep inventory accurate and operations efficient. Zebra helped address these challenges with RFID technologies, including fixed readers, antennas, printers, handheld sleds, and a touch computer.

Zebra implemented a solution built around the Zebra FX7500 Fixed RFID Reader, AN620 RFID Antenna, ZT410R RFID Printer, RFD8500 Handheld RFID/1D/2D Sled, and TC56 Touch Computer. The result was improved inventory management and order accuracy, better quality control, and inventory reliability reaching 99%. Zebra also helped increase worker productivity by 33% through improved workflows and greater visibility.
