The solution implemented used Zebra's Aurora Design Assistant software and a Zebra 4Sight vision controller within a system called VisionBox. This provided a streamlined, automated inspection process that performs accurate real-time checks, prints pass/fail labels, and generates proof of inspection for customers. The results included assured product quality, a reduced risk of defective parts escaping, and the ability for Hydram to retain and potentially attract new customers by meeting higher standards.
