Groundbreaking Phygital Store Concept Comes to Life with Zebra RFID Solution

Fashionalia, a digital multi‑brand retailer opening its first flagship store in Madrid, teamed with retail innovator JogoTech to create a “phygital” experience that blends physical shopping with e-commerce. They needed robust RFID tagging so shoppers could hold garments to digital mirrors, kiosks and screens to view videos, availability, sizes, colours and recommendations without going online or asking staff.

JogoTech deployed Zebra RFID printers and labels plus Zebra mobile devices (ZD500R series, EC55, TC21 and RFD4000 sleds) to tag merchandise and link items to in‑store digital touchpoints. The solution delivered reliable, fast relabelling and strong scanning performance, drove rapid adoption and expansion to a second store, and fostered ongoing collaboration between Fashionalia, JogoTech and Zebra.
