FOX Broadcasting Company Collaborates with Zebra to Optimize Its VIP Event Registrations

FOX Broadcasting Company, part of 21st Century FOX, needed a flexible, high-quality way to produce nearly 1,000 VIP badges for a major sporting-event activation. Previously they used an off-site fulfillment house that required attendee lists weeks in advance, which prevented last-minute changes; on-site attempts with basic printers produced lower-quality badges and led to wasted pre-ordered stock and operational headaches at registration.

Working with Zebra, FOX tested the ZC10L large-format card printer on-site, enabling edge-to-edge, photo-quality badges and on-the-spot edits. The team printed about 1,000 badges (855 before registration plus walk-up and late additions), achieved a more efficient registration table, reduced wasted badges, and improved the VIP guest experience—while Zebra provided on-site support and incorporated lessons from the prototype run into product development.
