jem & fix, a major DIY retailer with stores across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, needed to simplify store administration and replace aging Windows-based handheld devices used by store colleagues. The company wanted a more user-friendly, smartphone-like mobile tool that could support daily in-store operations and help keep prices low.

Working with Delfi Technologies, jem & fix selected Zebra’s TC52 Android rugged enterprise mobile computer, supported by Ivanti Velocity and SOTI MobiControl. Zebra helped enable real-time ERP updates, central device management, and a smoother transition to Android, resulting in improved in-store efficiencies, lower development and operating costs, better control over device performance, and reduced downtime through Zebra OneCare support.
