Alpro Pharmacy is a fast-growing Malaysian retail pharmacy chain with more than 230 locations that needed to improve customer service and keep pace with rising omnichannel demand. Heavy reliance on pen-and-paper inventory processes created bottlenecks and threatened the company’s ability to scale and meet increasing e-commerce and store order volumes.

Working with partner Inchz IoT, Alpro deployed Zebra TC21 mobile computers and RFD40 RFID sleds to replace manual workflows and improve inventory visibility. The digital solution streamlined receiving, picking and deliveries, cut manual steps, boosted e-commerce order‑fulfillment efficiency by 80%, increased daily online orders from ~300 to over 1,000, and delivered roughly five times the fulfillment capacity without adding staff—creating a more accurate, future-ready operation.
