The Water Research Commission (wrc) needed a digital solution to connect unemployed graduates with host research institutions for its presidential Water GEP initiative. To address this challenge, Zealous System proposed and developed a centralized online recruitment management web application to streamline the entire process.

Zealous System designed and built a user-friendly platform using WordPress, PHP, and MySQL. The solution facilitated job postings, automated matchmaking, digital document management, and periodic progress reporting. This resulted in a reduced recruitment cycle time, improved matching accuracy, and the elimination of manual documentation efforts for the wrc.
