As an early adopter of Earned Wage Access, Openforce partnered with ZayZoon in 2018 to offer Wages On‑Demand to its network of contractors.

ZayZoon’s Real‑Time Wages On‑Demand (Visa‑backed) solution lets contractors access earned pay immediately, and over 10% of Openforce contractors have adopted the service—79% of those users access wages in five minutes or less. Since the partnership began contractors have withdrawn more than $11 million via ZayZoon, helping reduce financial stress, boost productivity and improve retention across Openforce’s large client base.
