Inflowmatix redesigns InflowNet in 24 months with Zaven

Inflowmatix, a UK-based subsidiary of SUEZ that provides solutions for water utilities, faced a challenge with its InflowNet web application. Following its initial MVP, the software's user experience needed to be re-evaluated to reduce the high demand for customer support from its users. To address this, Inflowmatix partnered with the software development vendor Zaven to streamline the UX/UI for its specialized water network analytics suite.

Zaven conducted an on-site workshop to identify key user personas and scenarios, which formed the basis of a new UX strategy. The vendor also created a customized Bootstrap UI kit to ensure brand consistency and a coherent visual language. This comprehensive redesign from scratch, which included revised navigation and a focus on consistent microcopy, allowed for the rapid implementation of new features and achieved the goal of creating a more streamlined experience for Inflowmatix's customers.
