nLogic, a Norwegian provider of data center, security, and network solutions, sought to transition from product sales to offering services to better meet evolving customer demands. The challenge was to find a structured and market-oriented platform to sell these new services without the high risk and investment required for internal development. They needed a predictable solution for scalability and cost control.
The vendor ZaveIT provided its Platform, which enabled nLogic to instantly white-label and launch services like Enterprise BaaS and their own WiFi as a Service. The solution also included a webshop module to sell products and services seamlessly from a single platform. As a result, nLogic sold 6,000 licenses in the first year. The ZaveIT Platform automated procurement, invoicing, and delivery, giving nLogic significant economies of scale and stronger market competitiveness.
