IT Pack, a membership organization powered by EFM Events, wanted a single digital space where current and aspiring CIOs and IT leaders could collaborate, share trusted information, and extend the value of its live events. The challenge was to create a borderless, unbiased community for IT professionals across the U.S., including those in underserved areas, without vendor advertising or sponsored noise.

Zapnito provided the platform for IT Pack’s online community, launched in July 2019, with features like Ask the Pack, topic-based groups, private rooms, and event-linked content. The solution helped drive stronger post-event engagement, connect IT professionals across 31 U.S. cities, and support feedback collection for future planning; early results showed rising member activity, with 400+ members and 9,000 IT leaders reached.
