Sova Assessment, a SaaS-based talent assessment company, needed a better way to nurture long-cycle leads, scale customer onboarding, and expand its “Innovation Board” without relying on manual processes. Working with Zapnito, Sova set out to create a community that could support lead generation, customer education, and more scalable onboarding for clients and partners.
Zapnito helped Sova launch a community with digital, asynchronous courses and self-serve onboarding, turning the platform into a scalable support and learning hub. The results included lower support costs and less time spent by staff on onboarding, while some clients even began using the community as part of their own onboarding process. The community now has 400+ members, with 40% engaging with educational content, and Sova is continuing to build peer-to-peer engagement and advocacy programs.
