How simplyIC Live doubled their event audience when they moved to an online community

Simply Communicate, an internal communications community for professionals, needed a fast digital solution when Covid-19 forced its annual simplyIC event online. The team also wanted to consolidate its community, events, and networking into one easy-to-use platform, and turned to Zapnito and its online community/event platform to deliver a more intuitive, browser-friendly experience.

Zapnito created a branded digital venue that brought together the event, sponsor spaces, content, Q&A, and networking in one place. The virtual simplyIC event grew from 300 in-person attendees to 704 registrations and 565 attendees, including 466 first-timers, with 3,320 poll votes and an average view time of 2 hours; Simply Communicate reported zero technical hitches and stronger engagement than at live events.
