B2B Marketing, a long-standing source of expertise for business marketers, needed a new way to connect with members when COVID-19 made its in-person events and training sessions impossible. With the decline of its print magazine adding further pressure, the company turned to Zapnito to launch an owned online community that could keep members engaged and support its expert-led brand.

Zapnito helped B2B Marketing build Propolis, a subscription-based community organized into topic-based “Hives” and designed to connect marketers with peers and experts through features like “Call an Expert” sessions. The platform quickly gained traction, with 350+ active members and 180+ pieces of content published, while stickiness increased by 3% between January and May after re-onboarding improved engagement.
