Points of Light, the international nonprofit dedicated to inspiring and mobilizing people to drive change in their communities, needed a better way to share knowledge across its three audiences: individuals, nonprofits, and corporations. It turned to Zapnito for an online community platform that would make resources more accessible and support two-way engagement.

With Zapnito, Points of Light launched a vetted, always-on community where members and partners can access content, discuss projects, ask questions, and share expertise. The platform generated valuable first-party data that helped Points of Light make marketing more targeted and data-driven, including lookalike audience campaigns.
