How MAG increased sponsor value and member engagement by establishing a dedicated branded community, the ARBS Network

The ARBS Network, created by the Mark Allen Group in partnership with Professor Jian Farhadi and the London Breast Meeting team, wanted to extend engagement beyond the annual event and build a trusted year-round community for breast surgery professionals. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced the launch of the event into a virtual format, the team also had to find a way to deliver value to sponsors who normally relied on in-person product demonstrations. Zapnito’s community platform was used to help create this online hub.

With Zapnito, MAG launched ARBS Net as a robust, curated community featuring premium content, member networking, and sponsor engagement. The result was over 2,000 members, more than 250 pieces of premium content, and 24,200 total page views in 2022, while sponsorship revenue increased by 50%. Zapnito’s support also helped improve onboarding, drive organic member content, and make it easy for MAG to replicate the model for additional communities.
