FEBS strengthens member engagement and launches a new digital network with Zapnito

The Federation of European Biochemical Societies (FEBS) faced the challenge of better connecting its disparate, digitally-savvy membership across Europe for knowledge sharing and collaboration, beyond its traditional journals and events. Zapnito’s out-of-the-box technology enabled the rapid creation of the FEBS Network, an online expert community. The solution provided a new destination for direct engagement, leading to deeper audience understanding and strengthened relationships. For FEBS, this increased engagement from current members and helped attract new ones, while also supporting its core journal and event activities. The vendor Zapnito was crucial in facilitating the partnership and delivering a platform that allows for ongoing adaptation to member needs.
