How La Grand Poste created a seamless user experience

La Grand Poste, an innovative hub for entrepreneurs and creatives, required a comprehensive system to manage bookings for meeting rooms and hotdesking. Their unique challenge was integrating this system as a back-end for their own self-built member application, allowing for a seamless user experience without requiring a separate login. They also needed a sophisticated, gamified credit system tied to member contracts and extensive support to handle internal ticketing.

Zapfloor became the central nervous system for La Grand Poste’s operations, providing the complex back-end via a deep API that integrated with their app and other hardware and software. The solution managed over 8000 m2 of space and enabled features like custom access profiles and automated billing. As a result, La Grand Poste launched successfully in 2021 and quickly grew to over 550 active users, supported by Zapfloor's hands-on collaboration and ongoing platform management.
