Working Links, a public sector organization that manages government contracts to help socially excluded people into sustainable employment, needed a better way to analyze performance and compliance across its heavily customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX systems. Reporting was slow and manual, with single reports taking days or weeks to produce, leaving the team without the business intelligence needed to improve outcomes and cash flow.

Zapbi implemented ZAP Data Hub for Microsoft Dynamics CRM after a successful proof of concept, then trained BI contractors and regional super-users to build a data warehouse and use the drag-and-drop reporting interface. Within one month the team was working independently, and within four months 200 users were producing more than 150 reports on demand. The result was faster claims correction, stronger KPI conversations with subcontractors, improved operational performance, and reduced costs.
