TradeGlobal, an e-commerce fulfillment provider using Microsoft Dynamics AX, needed a better way to deliver client reporting than emailed subscription reports. They wanted a web-based self-service BI platform with secure, authenticated access for external clients in a multi-tenant environment, plus faster development and better support for their limited reporting resources.

Zapbi implemented ZAP Data Hub, integrating it with Active Directory security groups and TradeGlobal’s SharePoint-based client portals for single sign-on and secure access. The solution sped up report and cube development, enabled instant reporting for new clients, and gave customers self-service access to sales, returns, inventory, shipping stats, KPIs, and customer behavior insights through the portal.
