Costa Coffee, the UK’s largest coffee brand, needed an end-to-end business intelligence solution that would integrate with its Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM systems and help finance teams report faster and more consistently. Its existing BI setup was slow, spreadsheet-heavy, and made timely analysis difficult across millions of transactions.
Zapbi implemented ZAP Data Hub for MS Dynamics CRM & NAV, working with Costa to build a central reporting repository and train the finance team on visualization tools. The solution delivered instant reporting results, reduced reliance on 150+ unsecured spreadsheets, and improved access to accurate, up-to-date data; Costa also expanded reporting into Dynamics CRM, with the director of IT noting lower cost and minimal in-house support needs.
