Boggi Milano, a global men's fashion brand, aimed to strengthen its omnichannel strategy by bridging the gap between its online and in-store shopping experiences. Their challenge was to enhance the digital customer journey, allowing shoppers to interact with products more closely to build confidence before purchasing. To meet this challenge, they partnered with the vendor Zakeke.

Zakeke implemented its 3D DAM and AR Viewer, creating hyper-realistic 3D models from scratch for over 70 footwear products. This solution allowed customers to view products in 360 degrees, zoom in on details, and use AR to visualize items in their own space. The result for Boggi Milano was a more immersive experience that increased customer engagement, boosted conversion rates, and reduced the likelihood of product returns.
