Brico Io, a leading Italian DIY and garden retail chain, needed to make its online customer experience more immediate and interactive. The challenge was to reduce furniture returns and show products more effectively by moving beyond 2D images to 3D and augmented reality. They also required a single tool to manage all their digitized product assets for both their eCommerce site and B2B events.

Zakeke provided the solution by integrating its 3D Viewer and Digital Asset Manager platform. This allowed online customers to interact with 3D models in real-time and project products into their own space with AR. As a result, Brico Io saw a decrease in product returns and an increase in time spent on product pages.
