Miyazaki Prefectural Government Office launched a five‑year program to consolidate more than 200 disparate systems into a private cloud using server virtualization, aiming to cut hardware, space and operational costs while ensuring 24/7 oversight of a mission‑critical infrastructure. QTNet (Kyushu Telecommunication Network) led the infrastructure design, migration and operation, and required a monitoring solution that could cover virtualized hosts, guest VMs and network devices across a multi‑tenant environment at low cost.
