ITtelligent Consulting Services is a Melbourne-based IT support firm for small and medium businesses that struggled to monitor numerous remote sites with limited connectivity. Without centralized visibility, routine issues like filling disks went unnoticed until users were affected, driving hours of reactive work and poor service control.

ITtelligent implemented Zabbix — an open-source, easy-to-deploy monitoring solution — completing the initial setup in about two hours and using templates to scale quickly. Zabbix now monitors hosts and performance metrics across ~100 sites (164 hosts, 11,689 items), provides early outage and trend alerts, enables capacity planning, and generates client reports, making ITtelligent far more proactive and productive.
