The customer, HARP, a provider of ASP and SaaS services for local governments in Hokkaido, Japan, faced the challenge of reducing its operational load and achieving unified monitoring by consolidating its disparate service and monitoring infrastructures. Their requirements included cost reduction and the ability to monitor a wide range of operating systems and network devices, leading them to adopt Zabbix.
