SuperStep launches native retail consultant apps in 14–20 weeks with YuSMP Group

SuperStep, an international multi-brand boutique chain, faced a significant sales-floor challenge: their consultants had no efficient way to check cross-store inventory, relying instead on slow manual processes like phone calls and physical binders. To solve this, they engaged YuSMP Group to build a production retail consultant application that could deliver real-time SKU availability across their entire network.

YuSMP Group implemented a solution using native Swift and Kotlin mobile apps, backed by a Symfony service and an ElasticSearch index synchronized with the chain's 1C inventory system. This provided consultants with a multi-criteria search tool to find any product in any store within seconds. The build was delivered within a typical MVP window and is being piloted across US and EU stores, significantly improving customer service and conversion by eliminating consultation errors.
