YuSMP Group designed and built a process-led grocery delivery ecosystem comprising four coordinated products: a native customer iOS and Android app, a picker mobile app, a web admin panel, and a unified Laravel backend with a real-time substitution-policy engine. The solution delivered validated workflows, multi-store routing, and live order tracking, enabling a successful launch across both the US and EU with full GDPR and CCPA compliance. The architecture allowed for post-launch workflow changes through simple configuration updates instead of complex code releases.
