The solution featured a zonal entitlement model for independent arm/disarm per zone, embedded live video, and a smart-home control surface. The result was a streamlined app that replaced three icons, provided a single source of truth for property owners, and launched across the US and EU with an audit-ready architecture compliant with GDPR and CCPA from day one.
