UPL OpenAg, a prominent agricultural chemical manufacturer, wanted to promote the health and well-being of its employees. To address this challenge, they partnered with wellness platform provider YuMuuv to launch their "Leap into Wellness" initiative, seeking to foster a healthier and more productive work environment.

The solution implemented by YuMuuv was a series of app-based wellness challenges, starting with step and water intake tracking. This initial phase successfully engaged approximately 25% of the head office staff. YuMuuv's platform provided an easy-to-use foundation for the program, which UPL OpenAg plans to expand with more challenges and use annual engagement surveys to measure its data-driven impact on employee wellness.
