British Engines, a global engineering and manufacturing group, aimed to evolve its employee wellness program to be more flexible and inclusive. They had a strong history of wellness challenges but needed a solution that could offer customization to cater to diverse fitness levels and preferences among its employees. To achieve this, they partnered with the wellness platform YuMuuv.

Using the YuMuuv platform, British Engines created the "Leap Into Wellness" challenge, which featured three activity categories, each with a standard and an extreme option. This allowed employees to choose a challenge that suited their personal goals. The solution led to impressive results, including over 77 million steps logged and 265,000 exercise minutes completed. Critically, 82% of participants reported improved wellness, and 74% said they wouldn't have been as active without the YuMuuv challenge, demonstrating a significant positive impact on employee health and engagement.
