Whyte & Brown, the Carnaby Street free-range chicken restaurant, wanted a better way to understand guest opinions and improve both the dining experience and its marketing approach. The restaurant partnered with Yumpingo and used its 1-minute feedback platform to capture diner reviews of food and service.
With Yumpingo’s food intelligence platform, Whyte & Brown saw strong growth in guest engagement and actionable feedback. In the second half of the year versus the first, food reviews rose 107%, service reviews increased 379%, and guest participation grew 108%, with around 3,000 reviews per month; the restaurant also collected over 200 extra comments and more than 100 guest email addresses per month. Yumpingo’s insights highlighted top-performing dishes such as the halloumi souvlaki and chicken souvlaki, helping Whyte & Brown refine operations and plan future menus.
